It was just a good match for one night in Mold with fantastic value for money. The waiting staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. Check the hotel's pet policy if you're traveling with animals.

the gardens are so beautiful and the staff were super friendly, made me feel at home. the room was clean and comfy, really enjoyed the oldie worldie vibe. loved sittin in the bar area, chillin with a drink after a long day. the breakfast was also really nice, plenty of options to choose from.
but they really need to sort out the noisy floorboards and the shower was way too hot to use! not a great way to start the day.

great experience but lacking a few details
The room offered a comfortable atmosphere with an impressive, large TV that made evenings enjoyable. The staff exuded friendliness and went out of their way to assist, contributing to an overall positive experience.
I found certain amenities could use a bit more attention.

The beautiful grounds and spacious Deluxe Double Room made for a pleasant stay. The receptionist’s helpfulness stood out, enhancing the experience. The staircase leading to the rooms adds a lovely, historic charm, but clearer communication about ongoing work would be beneficial.

We had a great time at this hotel with friends! We visited the local gardens and the nearby castle, which were both so much fun. The hotel has a nice vibe, and the meals were tasty. Just be aware that the bar area is small with limited tables, so plan accordingly!
We faced a bit of a hiccup with the service as we sometimes had to go to reception to get the bartender. It would have been nicer if there were staff available at all times.

The personalized breakfast service by Wendy was a delightful touch, making me feel truly special. Plus, the rich historical ambiance of the stately architecture added a unique charm that’s hard to find anywhere else!

Lovely grounds but cleaner needed
The hotel grounds are amazing, really pretty and relaxing! Staff were super friendly and always smiled. Unfortunately, the room was pretty dirty—hair on cups and dust everywhere. the shower was either too hot or too cold, so that wasn’t great. it just needs a good cleanup before it's a nice place to stay.
